Am I eligible to file a claim
No matter how you've been injured, assuming someone else is responsible, you have the right to seek fair compensation. You must be a UK resident and the identifiable third party must not a public sector entity.
What does it cost ( No Win No Fee Explained )

No Win No Fee means that if you do not win your personal injury claim then you do not have to pay for your solicitors fees. All other costs and expenses that are required by the other side will be covered by insurance. Then if you win your case you will receive 100% of your compensation without any deductions, as all expenses and solicitors fees will be paid by the other side. There are a very limited few exceptions to this.

What if I was injured a long time ago
In case of personal injury/accident/illness it is always advised to start a claim as soon as possible. You must have been injured with in the last 30 months to file a successful claim.
What if I was injured abroad
No problem, under the travel law you are entitled to compensation. Some common examples would be accidents whilst working, airline and aviation accidents, cruise line cases, group actions from illness, holiday accidents, hotel food poisoning and road traffic accidents.
How much compensation will I receive
You will receive 100% of your compensation without any deductions, as all expenses and solicitors fees will be paid by the other side. There are a very limited few exceptions to this.
