Meet Our Team
Our team is made up of experienced personal injury lawyers, trained advisors and writers. We work hard to provide you with the best, most reliable information possible on personal injury claims, the court process and working with a solicitor.

Terence John
Terence is one of our Directors and a key expert within the organisation. With significant experience managing teams and helping clients with their compensation claims, Terence strives to uphold the highest levels of customer service, a mentality that filters through everything we do here at PersonalInjuryClaimsUK.org.uk.
Outside of work, Terence loves to both play and watch football and enjoys video games when time allows.
Richie Billing
Richie Billing graduated with a law degree from the University of Leeds and began his career with top national law firm, Weightmans. He shifted to claimant law and represented clients who had suffered serious injuries while at work, and those suffering from industrial diseases like asbestosis and vibration white finger.
Richie writes extensively on a wide range of legal issues, with his pieces featuring in leading legal publications like the Solicitors Journal, as well as providing analysis for TV (KSTP US) and radio stations.
Outside of work, Richie is a published author of fantasy novels and short stories and enjoys watching basketball.

John Cain
John Cain is one of our Team Managers. John has an extensive background of over 10 years of managerial experience in varied sectors.
Currently working within the First Response team, John and his team have vast amounts of experience with personal injury claims.
The First Response team is the first point of contact for our clients so it’s vital each interaction is a memorable experience while providing professional customer service consistently.
Outside of work, John’s hobbies consist of training and mixed martial arts along with boxing, spending time with his family and travelling.
Kathy Kelly
Kathy is one of our senior First Response Advisers. Kathy has many years experience working in customer service roles. At our firm, Kathy provides vital support to our clients, answering their questions and queries and helping them connect with the best personal injury solicitors for their case.
Outside of work, Kathy loves to dance and enjoys meals out.
Caitlyn Jane
Caitlyn is another member of the First Response team. With lots of experience in customer service and working within law firms, Caitlyn is one of our brightest and friendliest members of staff.
